Helpdesk Support – Cardiff – Full time £19,000
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Helpdesk Support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of technical support.
The company is an IT service and consulting leading technology support in retail, hospitality, healthcare and entertainment.
The role:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software,
Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with helpdesk software.
