Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be working with a company based in Lowestoft to source a junior IT professional. The role will be joining an internal team who supports more than one of its sites across Norfolk and Suffolk. Predominantly you will be based in their Lowestoft office, however, infrequent travel to other sites may be required.

As this is an internal role you will be working directly with the IT manager, and IT support technicians to deliver IT support where you can, direct higher-level queries to the relevant colleague and ensure maintenance of hardware in the offices are completed accordingly. The company are looking for this candidate to have a passion for IT, someone who is looking to grow within the team, and someone confident in their IT abilities.

The role:

Deliver helpdesk and 1st line support
Work with the IT team to ensure all tickets are dealt with accordingly
Work with the rest of the internal team to ensure all IT hardware is well maintained
Escalate 2nd and 3rd line tickets to the relevant colleagueAbout you:

Knowledge of IT support/Helpdesk
Passion for IT
Desire to learn and develop within the IT sector
Able to commute to Lowestoft daily – This is an onsite role.
Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
