    Job Description

    Helpdesk Support Technician

    Type: Contract

    Day Rate: Competitive

    Location: Dublin

    I am currently working with a global client who is adding to their growing their support team with a helpdesk specialist on a contract basis.

    Requirements

    2+ Years' experience in similar Helpdesk Support role
    Experience with troubleshooting customer issues on telephony and other networking lines
    With issues you cannot resolve, be able to escalate to the relevant level
    Strong communication and client-facing skills
