I am happy to present to you a fantastic opportunity with one of our market leading clients who has asked us to help recruit for the expansion of their team of their Systems Analyst team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background and experience as a HR Systems Analyst.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Support the implementation of the HR iTrent system and future Finance systems via User acceptance Testing (UAT), data collection and data migration from legacy systems to the new systems.
Acting as a super user for both HR and Finance systems
Training colleagues and managers on how to use the system and self-service functions.
Support the HR and Finance team in streamlining the current processes of Payroll and finance systems through system upgrades and review.What experience do you need?
Previous BI Analyst or HR Analyst experience.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems such as iTrent or Oracle.
Great stakeholder management.
Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
