Working closely with the HR team, the Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing HR data analysis support, directly impacting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. In return, you will benefit from:

The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:

* Designing and building HR reports

* Working with stakeholders to enable access to self-service reports and understand reporting requirements

* Providing functional support on data and reporting

* Supporting HR in data quality and impact measurement projects

* Becoming a functional expert on data structures and global definitions to support integrations and global reporting

* Providing data privacy expertise and ensuring compliance

The Data and Reporting Analyst will need:

* HR data analysis and reporting experience

* Experience of data projects e.g restructuring, job catalogue cleansing, salary reviews

* Excellent excel skills

* Strong communication skills
