Job Title; Procurement Manager (HR)

Rate – £500 via umbrella company

Duration – 12 Months

Location – Osterley (Hybrid)

The Role

Core Activities

Support all sourcing events across the HR Group function, with focus on transformational projects in recruitment (including RPO selection process) and learning & development (including LMS roll-out)
Lead on sub-categories within the HR Group category strategy
Manage source to contract process for services in this area
Lead on negotiations with new and incumbent vendors
Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address – e.g., company car fleet, HR operations, rewards & benefits
Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (e.g., balanced scorecards, review mechanism)
Work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the USWhat YOU'LL bring

Industry / Procurement Experience

Proven procurement experience in corporate & business services procurement, ideally within HR categoriesSkills & behaviours

Highly motivated professional with a proactive approach
Excellent relationship building/management skills with legal teams
Excellent negotiating skills and commercial acumen
Excellent organisational and presentation skills
Excellent prioritisation and project management skills
Creative thinking – initiative and enthusiasm in finding new sourcing approaches to balance operational and commercial pressures
Ability to put relevant structure around the decision-making process and ensure all options are understood in relation to the business requirements
Ability to manage variety of projects and the associated expectations
Display enthusiasm and self-motivation to overcome obstacles and demonstrate a positive approach in the face of difficulty whilst encouraging the same approach in others
