Job Description
I am working with a university who is looking for an interim to support the backfill of a role while a colleague is seconded onto a project. This BAU role will involve 1st – 3rd line HR system support as well as developing and generating reports to assist with statutory returns.
The Role:
Start: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months (Initially)
IR35: TBD (please provide your Outside and Inside rates
Rate: Please provide
Location: Remote (1 – 2 days on site in London)
Role responsibilities:
Unit4 HR Module system support – either providing resolutions independently or working with IT and HR to provide resolutions.
Create and update user manuals
Run Ad-hoc report requests
Ensure data integrity and consistency in data standards across HR records on ERP platform
Troubleshoot, and resolve system issues as required
Support the development and automation of UBW reporting from Excelerator and/or browsers
Support end user training requirements (POD (HR) & Other colleagues)Required experience:
Unit4 Business World (Agresso) HR module experience
Experience producing reports (Ideally producing reports for statutory returns)
Good communication – able to work well with a variety of Teams/Stakeholders
Problem solving – able to solve queries and problems.
