ICT Infrastructure Support Officer                                                         Circa £25,000 per annum.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Support Officer to join our ICT team who will be primarily responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line ICT support, providing efficient problem resolution, advice, and support to colleagues across the business, supporting the ICT infrastructure, ICT Security and the ICT operations ensuring the ICT infrastructure is reliable secure and available.

The post holder will have experience in providing ICT Support and will assist in the testing, development and continuous improvement of operational procedures relating to the delivery of ICT Services.

The successful candidate will provide agile support across all the FCHO Offices and provide desk-side support when required.  The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring support documentation is maintained and updated in-line with changes in technology

They will ensure that service levels are achieved and/or take appropriate actions to resolve or escalate any problems/incidents that arise and ensure senior managers and stakeholders are kept informed of any extensive breaks in service.
