Job Description
ICT Service Desk Analyst – Office Full time – Woking – £25,000 to £28,000
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst who will be the initial contact for any issues encountered by the companies’ users. Using your skills to analyse PC, Network, Hardware, and Software issues. Conducting regular checks on workplace services ensuring systems are running properly. Identifying and driving forward improvements in customer service and communication.
To be considered for the role you must have experience working with the following technologies:
* Windows OS (Client and Server)
* TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
* Active Directory
* Azure/Office 365
* Anti-Virus Experience
* VPN’s & Firewalls
* PowerShell
* Mobile Device and Hardware support
* ITIL Foundation Cert desirable
