A great opportunity to support a team of legal specialists in their IT department set in a busy Solicitors based in Hull. This offers the opportunity to become a part of a great team in a well-known business.
The role is to provide IT support within the ICT department. Having strong communication skills and knowledge of IT systems is of the highest importance. You must work well as part of a larger team and be able to meet the needs of the wider team.
It is preferable for the candidate to have the below experience:
1st & 2nd line ICT Helpdesk Support (Software and Hardware Troubleshooting)
Windows 10, Windows Server, VDI and iOS
Cyber Essentials, Cyber Security and Cyber Training
Mobile Device Management
Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin centre
Microsoft Office 365 suite
Web Conferencing suites
The candidate must be a confident communicator. Being organised and proactive is key for being successful within this role
