Senior Azure Identity and Access Management Architect Contract

Overview of contract details:

Duration: An initial 18-month PAYE contract, with potential to turn permanent during/after

Pay: £100,000 – £120,000 salary equivalent per annum

Benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), 3% pension

Location: Remote with occasional expensed travel to client sites

Job Overview:

Our client is a leading global technology powerhouse that provides a wide range of IT solutions to large enterprise customers. They are currently looking for a Senior Azure Active Directory Architect/Consultants to help their large-scale business customers with the implementation of cloud-based solutions.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of access management solutions. You will also provide consultative services to clients on best practices, security, and optimization of their access management environments. Additionally, you will create high and low-level design documentation to aid in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of access management solutions for clients
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design access management solutions that meet their needs
Develop low-level and high-level design documentation
Provide consultative services to clients on best practices, security, and optimization of their access management environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the access management environment
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure that the access management environment integrates seamlessly with other IT systems
Provide training and support to other IT staff on the use and administration of the access management environment

Technical Requirements:

Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining access management solutions
Strong understanding of access management security concepts and best practices
Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory (and Azure Active Directory)
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Federation
Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. Experience in working with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar
Experience in PowerShell scripting
