Job Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a reputable business on the outskirts of East Grinstead who are currently in search of an Implementation Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Opportunity:
Fast-growing distribution business, based on outskirts of East Grinstead
Expansion to new products, services and regions
Family business with a strong employee and customer focus
Join existing IT department of 2 people, report to Business Systems Manager
Deploying new and existing package software products to business needsJob roles:
Understand business process needs and translate to system requirements
Configure selected packages to deliver system requirements
System testing against business process needs
Diagnose system issues and resolve, using software vendor helpdesk as neededExperience:
Supporting package software, dealing with both users and vendors
Comfort with a 'physical' industry (distribution, construction, transport, etc.)
Could suit a lead user in such a company wishing to specialise more in I.T.Job Package
Based on outskirts of East Grinstead (requires own transport)
Circa £40K pro rata
Auto-enrolment pension, holiday entitlement
Monday to Friday. No Bank Holiday or weekend working
