Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to work for a really exciting and growing SAAS company based in Central Manchester.
In this role you will work on implementation projects to get customers up and running with this industry changing software as a service. This is not a technical PM / Implementation role but very much a customer focused role, holding the hand of clients as this new system is rolled out in their business. The role is new and takes client ownership after the sale but prior to handing over to Customer Success teams.
There is huge opportunity for growth and development for candidate interested in this role and company. They are a success story of the North West and are currently in the throws of setting up another office in the US.
Duties of Implementation Project Manager: –
Ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience from sale through to implementation and ongoing support
Consulting with our customers to ensure they maximise the impact that the software can have on their everyday processes
Creating bespoke implementation plans based on agreed services and client objectives
Management of multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
Planning, scheduling and managing the project timeline and activities from project kick-off, through to launch
Facilitating recurring project management meetings with the client to ensure the client is meeting project milestones and their objectives are met
Identifying potential project blockers and challenges, finding solutions, and owning the delivery
Conducting training sessions for customers on features and functionality
Requirements of IMplementation Project Manager: –
A minimum of 2 years Implementation/Project Management experience, ideally within a SaaS/tech business
Legal industry knowledge is beneficial
Confidence in working with SaaS platforms and scoping requirements with customers, and being able to effectively communicate technical solutions to typically non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of project scheduling, scope management, resource management and issue tracking
Ability to manage numerous stakeholders with different levels of seniority and different priorities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organisational skills
Experience using Project Management systems, such as (url removed)
