Role: Infrastructure and Network Engineer
Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

My client, an MSP based in Staffordshire, is looking for an experienced and technically adept Infrastructure and Network Engineer to join their team of 25 on a permanent basis.

This person will bring their expert knowledge of hands-on networking to help support the company's infrastructure and will be involved in upcoming projects such as data centre migrations. This person will also have the skills to monitor and physical and virtual infrastructure and build and deploy physical and virtual servers. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to investigate and resolve issues affecting network and infrastructure assets.

This role will predominantly be based from home, only requiring on-site assistance when necessary.

Essential skills for the Infrastructure and Network Engineer:

CISCO network devices (switches, routers, and firewalls)
Fortinet network devices
TCP/IP networking
Windows
Linux
VMware
Hyper-VDesirable skills for the Infrastructure and Network Engineer:

CCNA/CCNP
Degree Level qualification
Driving licence and access to vehicle
