Job Description
Infrastructure Engineer – Fully remote working – £45,000 -£50,000
My client who are one of largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK are recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer.
As a member of the Cloud support team your focus will be to provide resolution of incidents escalated through the Operational Support structure in line with organisational KPI's. You will be involved in supporting a wide range of technologies, as such we are highly focused on growing technical capabilities within the team which is supported by a robust training plan.
Essential Skills…
* Previous experience of working in an Infrastructure position
* Windows Server Support (AD, DHCP, DNS, etc)
* Previous Azure experience, ideally hold Azure certification.
* DFS, RDS & FSLogix
* Excellent communication skills M365 / Office 365
* Excellent communication skills
