IT Support Engineer – Derby – GBP 43,000 (Hybrid/On-site)

Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Derby
Salary: £43K DOE

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-respected company who are leaders in their field in Derby on a permanent basis. This business, situated in the heart of Derby, is searching for their newest addition to provide infrastructure support for their users on complex issues, both onsite and remotely, in addition to providing 3rd line aid. You will work as a team of 6, with a particular focus of your position being to work very closely with the IT Manager as well as take lead on the Azure side of the business. You will act as the final point of escalation for the most complex issues, with users being based across 3 sites within the city centre (all travel between sites is paid for). To join the team, you must be an approachable individual with impressive morals and values, with an adept ability to have confidence in your abilities and expertise. You also must have a background of excellent customer service and working well in a team.
