Job Description
Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Portsmouth
Perm- full time – Hybrid 2 days on site per week
Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible for Security Clearance and DV clearance
Salary: £50,000 PA
Benefits: 25 days annual leave excluding, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits
3rd Line Support / Infrastructure support / SCCM Engineer
Our defence client is seeking several Infrastructure Engineers to provide third-line support to site teams and projects for a defence account.
Working as an Infrastructure Engineer you will work on both hardware and software support on a large and exciting secure site, as well as providing integration reports on new software and hardware entering the estate, and package and distribute software components to the Enterprise using Microsoft SCCM.
Infrastructure Engineer requirements:
Microsoft SCCM administration to an advanced level
Administration of support queues
Report anomalies/ issues to Team Leader
Provide third-line support to site teams and projects.
Writing, reviewing and maintaining processes and procedures.
