Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery Analyst

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Salary: €60-75k p/a DOE plus strong benefits package

My client is an insurance intermediary that have operated for over 15 years now. They are experiencing a period of growth, which has provided opportunities to add talented people to join their teams. I'm looking for an Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery Analyst who will manage third party service providers involved in supporting IT Infrastructure services and operations, such as Azure hosted servers and security aspects like Firewall, Antivirus and patching.

Duties:

Championing service and support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting service areas, ensuring service impact is minimised
Overseeing and evaluating the overall delivery of IT Infrastructure services to the business and acting to address issues while driving service improvement
Protecting the organisation against cyber-attacks or unauthorised access
Project management of infrastructure project activity including preparation of cost benefits analysis for budget decision making as required
Acting as the primary point of contact for the business operating unit's IT Infrastructure services queries and issues for etc.
On-call as requiredRequirements:

5+ Years' experience in IT and experience within IT Operations and Service Management, IT Infrastructure design and service delivery
Educated to degree level in computer science or a relevant area
Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
Experience in Azure, Office 365 and Teams, with exposure to security scores and cost management (distinct advantage)
Knowledge of SRE
