    Job Description

    Infrastructure Support Analyst | London | Up to £38,000 (Dependent on experience)

    Lynx Recruitment are working with a leading Global Insurance Broker that are recruiting for an Infrastructure Support Analyst.

    As the UK based Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will participate in all areas of second/ third line user support for all installed systems.

    This company offers hybrid working for the right candidate.

    Key Skills:

    * Strong and demonstrable experience in desktop support and ITIL.

    * Deep knowledge of Office365, Windows 10 and Cisco Webex

    * Experience with Mobile Device Management (Android & iOS)

    * Active Directory administration & Group Policies

    * Azure Active Directory and VMware experience is beneficial

    Responsibilities:

    * Providing white-glove hands-on and remote support to colleagues

    * Deliver a continuous high level of customer service

    * Plan, Schedule and execute new user onboarding, equipment installations, imaging, upgrades and replacement projects

    * Provide meeting room support

    * Provide cover for other team members and ad hoc duties
