My favourite MSP client has an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to permanently join their team in the Chessington office!

You'll get the amazing opportunity to work on brand-new projects and gain exposure to new technologies with their clients, support the existing IT infrastructure and systems, and provide high-end customer service to resolve technical issues and queries remotely and onsite.

They believe strongly in internal progression and training, so you'll get hands-on training from day one and be mentored by Senior staff so you can be the best IT Engineer you can be!

Responsibilities include:
*Troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure and system issues
*Ensuring that all customer requests and queries are handled correctly
*Be involved in project work with clients
*Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
*Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
*Provide expectational customer service
*Developing and improving IT system processes and procedures

Technical Skills Required:
*Driving license & own vehicle
*Exchange Server
*Office 365 – including SharePoint & Teams
*Group Policy
*Windows Server 2003+ administration
*Hyper-V/VMware
*Networking principles
*Backup software – Veeam/Backup Exec
*Active Directory
*Intune
*Windows 7-11
*PowerShell
*DHCP/DNS
*Office Suite – including Word, Excel, Outlook
*Anti-virus software
*Switch configuration

*Cyber essentials
*Exposure to Azure IaaS
