    Job Description

    Synapri are currently working with a global provider of CRM Implementations, who are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join a well-established team this new year.

    The successful candidate will ideally come from a recruitment background and speak fluent German.

    Demonstratable experience in successful delivery of any general CRM, ERP, ATS, or IT System is crucial; Workforce Management tools implementation experience would be a huge bonus.

    It is essential to have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with cross functional teams, conducting process mapping/ scoping, gathering requirements, creating user stories, and configuration of functional aspects of solution as this role is client-facing.
