Job Description
A fantastic organisation is currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their rapidly growing team.
As an experienced Internal Sales Executive, you will be entitled to the following employee benefits:

Salary – £22,000 + commission which is approx £2,000 – £3,000 on top of salary.

32 days holiday, rising to 38 days subject to terms after 3 years’ continuous service (including 8 bank holidays)

Key skills required for an Internal Sales Executive:
* Experience in an Administrator or Sales Support Agent role
* Computer proficiency with demonstrable Microsoft Office knowledge
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy
* Numeracy competency
* A professional yet personable telephone manner
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask
* An ability to adapt to changing deadlines
* Self-disciplined and able to work with autonomy
Key responsibilities for an Internal Sales Executive:
* Work within the Sales department, alongside a competent and established team to increase new business and exceed sales targets.
* The primary focus is to drive up hardware and software sales for existing clients, while maintaining profit margins of 20%.
* Cross-sell and up-sell as many products as possible to clients during your engagement
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
* Be prepared to be a point of contact for prospective clients, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records of client needs.
* Have a diligent approach that achieves a long-term and cost-effective result for our clients, demonstrating a professional, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service.
* Thrive on obtaining new knowledge, and actively engaging with more senior colleagues to expand your awareness of new products, features, and benefits.
* Proactively build internal relationships to drive new business opportunities and manage demands from the existing client base.
* Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach, communicating effectively by phone and email.
* Establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders alike, ensuring logistics run smoothly and needs are met.
