Intune Online Support Specialist
We're on the lookout for a Intune Online Support Specialist to join one of the largest tech-organisations on an 18-month contract.
In this position you'll be focused on dealing with customer queries in a range of ways, across multiple platforms / social media platforms (Primarily Twitter). You'll be a technical Expert and focus on supporting on the below areas: (Technical Experience Required)
Microsoft Intune
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Windows 10 / Windows 365
Security ProductsFor this opportunity you'll need to strong understanding of these technical areas and be well organised, to handle queries and ensure the right information is being sent to customers and queries are being resolved and customer satisfaction is high.
Details
Have a passion for customers and providing great service
Handling questions from customers around the above technical products
Identify and
Speak with Customers across social media platforms such as Twitter Feed and Spreading to Reddit and Discord
You'll have a strong understanding of Data
Able to Multitask
Experience with Twitter (and multiple social media platforms) Contract
