We are looking for a motivated junior IT Support Administrator to join our client's office in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a growing team and to use their IT skills to provide excellent service and support to our growing user base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT systems and ensuring user's issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. You will be required to provide technical support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform system maintenance. You will also be responsible for responding to user queries and providing advice on best IT practices.
* Knowledge of Windows OS
* Knowledge of Google Suite
* Experience of hardware setups/support/repair
* Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Active Directory
* Supporting meeting rooms – Zoom/Teams/Skype
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
