IT Business Analyst
At Solutions30, we provide solutions for new technologies across Europe within the Wireless, Fibre, and Energy sectors and are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team in the UK. Reporting into our Group IT PMO Manager, the IT Business Analyst will be primarily overseeing our UK Fibre portfolio, being primarily responsible for the translation of UK Fibre business processes to the group project management system, a platform designed to follow up and plan works, alongside logistic and financial management.
The IT Business Analyst will also be responsible for:
Analysing and describing the UK Fibre business process and identifying the gaps withhe general business processes.
Ownership of designing and building the UK Fibre project management system.
Analysing and describing the project management system should functionality and limitations (non-functional) in reference to the existing project management system in the group.
Analysing and designing the appearance and use of an application.
Review and follow up of the functional, acceptance and business testing of the ICT solution.
Building a process model to help identify and map business processes and standardise this model to a general model.
Project management support: translating business needs to the project management system.
Producing context & scope diagrams.
Developing use case & user experience requirements.
Providing detailed integration requirements.
We would welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:
3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Able to work in an AGILE environment with knowledge of SCRUM/SAFe methodologies being advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
Demonstrable process knowledge (able to confidently lead workshops)
Excellent analysis & communication skills: able to break down complex details into easily digestible and actionable information.
Great level of general business knowledge within the industry (knowledge and understanding of Fibre process advantageous)
Confident learner able to quickly pick up new technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently and in a team when required.

Location: Hybrid working, 2 days – 3 days a week in our London office (SW17) remaining days remote.
