As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work directly with the project team to deliver transformation from 3 legacy systems to a single and scalable case management system. You will be responsible for ensuring the solution specifications fit within scope, are technically well thought out, and carefully consider any commercial/legal constraints. You will efficiently drive the integration of third-party systems, APIs, and applications within business operations and services, including the case management platform.

Role Requirements:

Around 3+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.
A strong understanding of databases, API intergrations and process flows.
Confident with stakeholder management and communication skills.
Designing and maintaining efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
Testing experience – contribute to creating test scripts and support their execution.   
Desirables:

Experience working with PEGA/and or Dynamics 365
Working within an Agile environment
Previous experience within the debt/financial sector   
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, 25 days holiday, a contributory pension scheme, an additional perk scheme.

Location: Hybrid – Redditch (3 days per week in the office)

Work pattern: 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexible hours to suit needs)
