Your new role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Operator, who is able to perform basic triage and provide 1st time fix for incidents such as password reset and access issue, or log & pass incidents to a resolver group within the IT. Full training and handover will be given. The operator is expected to be based in their offices (near Moorgate). The length of the assignment is for a minimum of 6 months, with a potential for extension
