IT Engineer (1st Line, 2nd Line, AD, Windows, Active Directory, MDM, Support, hardware, Apple, Printers, Laptops) – Permanent – Leeds

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a IT Engineer on a permanent basis for a fast growing highly prestigious business based in Leeds,

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Skills/Requirements for the IT Engineer:

* Previous experience within a similar role

* Strong Windows experience ideally 7/8/10 and 11

* Hardware support experience: Printers, Laptops, Tablets etc

* Active Directory experience

* MDM experience deploying to multi platform devices, both Apple and Android

* Any exposure to Apple products is highly desirable including iOS and OS operating systems

* Knowledge of SCCM is highly desirable

Start date is ASAP for the IT Engineer

The IT Engineer will be responsible for:

* Providing onsite support on a daily basis

* Ensuring all calls are answered and issues are handled, minimising disruption to the business

* Providing IT training and guidance on hardware and software technologies to the end users when needed

* Installation, configuration and support for VoIP fixed telephone and mobile handsets.

* Working with other IT Technical teams to share relevant issues and their fixes

* Travelling to different sites to provide face to face support
