Role: Help Desk Engineer

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 DOE

My client, an international company based in Hamilton, Scotland, is hiring for a Help Desk Engineer.
As the Help Desk Engineer, you will be joining a thriving IT Group resolving a wide range of tickets, predominately at a 1st/2nd line level.
My client has invested substantially in its IT department and as a result they are conducting several projects such as on premises to cloud migrations, SharePoint configurations, network installations and more!
You will be given the freedom to develop at the pace that suits you with access to higher level tickets.
