Working as part of a team, this is a varied IT support type role, with duties and responsibilities that include things like:-
IT helpdesk support, dealing with a wide range of queries. Problem solving.
Dealing with system upgrades and general updates relating to the organisations various IT applications.
Liaising with internal and external representatives at all levels, including vendors.
Utilising IIS and SQL skills
Creating, amending and running reports
Inputting new data as and when required
Assisting with project work as and when requiredIMPORTANT: You will be given training to enhance your skills. However, you will definitely need to have worked in a role that has included dealing with some IT support type activities.
Interested candidates will only be considered if they have the following essential requirements:-
Must have a knowledge and understanding (basic is fine) of IIS and SQL
Must have an understanding of networks, servers and Microsoft
Must be able to get to Watford easily without you having to relocate first
Must have really great communication skills, used to interacting with people at all levels
Must have a real interest in wanting to pursue a career in an IT support type role
