Job Description

IT Helpdesk Analyst – Bexhill-On-Sea
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORKING POSITION AND WILL BE BASED IN OUR CLIENTS OFFICES IN BEXHILL OR ON SITE 
 
We are excited to be recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Analyst role on behalf of a rapidly expanding company situated in Bexhill, East Sussex. 
 
With a network of 700 plus users spread across locations across England, Scotland, and Wales, our client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst who is customer focused, has great communication skills, and a passion for technology.
 
You’ll be responsible for:

Providing technical 1st and 2nd line IT support to all employees based at head office and our client’s remote locations across the UK
To ensure all IT requests/incidents are correctly logged and resolved in the service desk system
Provision user accounts and hardware following internal policies and procedures to company specification (laptops, PC’s, thin clients, iPhones, iPads etc.)
To fault find/resolve PC/Hardware issues
To monitor licensing across multiple products and alert when limits are reached (Microsoft 365, Avaya etc.)
To visit remote sites as and when needed either ad-hoc or scheduled to provide hands on support
Providing support during core business hours Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 on a weekly rota basis
Provide out of hours/weekend on-call cover which is on a weekly rota basis currently You’ll need to have: 

Experience using Active Directory to manage users and computers
Experience with Microsoft 365 products including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams etc.
A strong skillset working with operating systems up to Windows 10/Windows Server 2019
Experience of asset management and tracking of software/hardware
Experience working both independently and as part of an IT team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
A willingness/the ability to learn new skills, products, services, and processes
A full UK driving license Not essential, but desirable:

Awareness/knowledge of services such as DHCP, DNS, mobile device management, iOS devices, telephony systems (Avaya)
Awareness/knowledge of Citrix
Awareness/knowledge of Microsoft Azure, DLP, Conditional Access etc. Benefits for you:
