Our client is looking for an IT Helpdesk/Customer service consultant working from their Hemel Hempstead office.
Our client is an IT/Communications support provider with offices across the UK. They`re currently undergoing a period of growth and are looking to expand their team with the highest calibre of talent.
As an IT Helpdesk/Customer service consultant, your must:
– Have a strong customer focused approach, with having a commitment to service delivery
– Have a strong understanding of Networking technologies & networking fundamentals
– An ability to prioritise a workload
– Display an understanding of windows server 2008 and above
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years experience working within IT Support, you must be passionate about working within the IT Industry and looking for a role with career progression opportunities.
The salary for this role is £25,000-£26,000 per annum.
