My client is an enterprise-level partnership, with 3 different entities, and over 7 campuses, with many more schools in the pipeline to join the education giant. The technical team plays a massive part in the harmony between the campuses, which is why they've expanded so much! Day-to-day:

2nd/3rd Line technical support
Supporting the service desk
Working on multiple exciting projects
Supporting the onboarding process for multiple schools/colleges
Primarily based in Sunderland, with travel to other sites when required for projects
Supporting the documentation in the IT teamEssential Tech Stack:
