Role: IT Manager

Location: Greenwich, East London

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Our client is looking for an IT Manager which is a new and exciting role within the real estate sector, they want someone who can set their own standards high and deliver results across a team of dynamic, creative and collaborative problem solvers which you will all be working together to build scalable solutions.

Within this role you will be leading the engineering team and service desk, making sure you are providing a high quality service to internal and external users. You will also be helping run technology projects and liaising with other teams ensuring you are improving the delivery and support.

What we are looking for:

Ability to lead technical projects to successful completion on time and budget, delivering the requirements agreed with stakeholders
A technical background with experience of Azure Active Directory and Exchange, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, familiarity with service delivery management, KPI and SLA management.
Implementation of team compliance with controls, procedures and reporting, including monthly and quarterly reviews
Experience of developing the IT team members' skillsets to improve end user support across core products and applications in conjunction with other teams
Strong organisational skills
Experience with budget planning and management
