Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Central London, W1J

Salary: £70,000

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our fast-paced and growing organisation in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and systems, as well as developing and maintaining IT strategies to ensure the company meets its goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the IT team in formulating, implementing, and monitoring IT strategies, policies, and procedures
Oversee and manage the company's IT network, security, and communication systems
Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Implement and review IT budgets, audits & documentation
Develop and implement strategies for ensuring data security
Train staff on new technologies
Liaise with vendors and suppliersRequirements:

3+ years of experience in IT Management
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
Knowledge of network and system security
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
