Role: IT Manager

Salary: £39,000 – £46,000

A rare position has come up to work with an incredibly successful MSP who are based in Bolton. The company has had superb growth in customers since they started and are now needing to add an IT Manager to the team in order to manager their customer base as well as grow the team by mentoring and training the junior members of the team.

The company are at a pivotal point in their growth at the moment, with some huge clients taken on board of recent, it has made for a very exciting pipeline of projects for the rest of 2023, so if you're somebody who enjoys getting stuck in, and have a keen interest on not only influencing more junior member of staff with your current experience and knowledge, but is also keen to develop yourself to the next level, then this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:
** Change management
** Staff training, mentoring and overall development
** Project work including Server upgrades, Server swaps, Cloud migrations etc
** Stakeholder management
