Job Description
IT Operations Support Engineer (Level 2/3 support) – London/Remote – £40,000 – £60,000 plus 10% bonus
IT Operations Support Engineer required by an award-winning technology consultancy based in London. Due to continued growth my client is looking for a IT Operations Support Engineer to work within an operations Management team supporting key government programmes.
My client are looking for a candidate who is operating at 2nd or 3rd line support level and the salary/package will be dependent on the level you are operating at.
As you will be working with government organisations you will need to be eligible for SC clearance, this means you have you have been working in the UK for the past 5 years.
You will be joining a company that is very much focused on employee development and progression so if you are ambitious and want to progress into more senior roles or Management type positions you will be given the opportunity to do so.
Skills/Experience
* Strong background in IT Operations support
* ITIL Certified
* Service management
* Stakeholder Management skills
* Degree educated
* Eligible for SC clearance – Must have worked in the UK for the past 5 years
