Job Description

IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) – Remote start

Would you like to be a key figure in a project that provides you with a platform to progress?

If so, one of our top tier banking clients are looking for a PMO in Portfolio Management with governance tools expertise to join an already established team on a long-term contract basis (Remote start). Rates flexible depending on experience + expectations.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

* Senior stakeholder management experience in a PMO capacity for governance of a £40m portfolio (delivery and PM experience is not needed – only P (Portfolio)MO)

* Very good knowledge of PMO/Governance tools and processes

* Understanding of Agile (ideally SAFe)

* Experience or ability to handle prep and chairing of governance forums like Programme Committee, Design Authority and Executive Stakeholders group

* Experience in working with offshore teams

* Good at creating presentations

* Understanding or hands-on experience with delivery, assurance and release management will be a pulse – for future
