Project Coordinator |Yeovil | £27,000 -£35,000

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join a leading IT Service Provider in Yeovil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and project management skills and experience working with IT systems.

You don't need to have previous project coordination experience but experience supporting IT systems is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating IT projects to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery on time and within budget.
Developing customer relationships and providing customer support.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
Developing and updating project plans, monitoring project progress and reporting to key stakeholders.
Supporting the development and implementation of new IT systems.

Technical Skills Required:

Proven experience in providing 2nd line technical support
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in IT systems and technology. Windows Desktop support (7, 10), , Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, SharePoint, AWS, Azure
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for ad hoc site visits
Job is office based in Yeovil 8:30-5:30 pm Mon-Friday.
