Our client is a leading FMCG business that is searching for an experienced, IT PMO Specialist to join their team.
An Interim IT Project Management Office Specialist will be responsible for ensuring project controls are in place, and standards are maintained and adhered to. You will be ensuring correct reporting is provided to the business including stakeholders.
Generation of Management Information for the Delivery Portfolio will be key, along with Portfolio financial analysis. The role holder will report into the Programme Manager as part of the IT Build Team and is expected to work closely with the Solution Delivery Director, Project Managers, and IT Business Partners
-Collation of the portfolio forecast, providing feedback to Programme/Project Managers and IT Business Partners with a view to resolving anomalies. Subsequent analysis required to establish the general health of the portfolio finances, with a view to producing a monthly report for review and escalation to the IT Solution Delivery Director.
Maintain portfolio risk and issue view, including generation of a portfolio heat map to ensure the IT Leadership team have a view of the overall health of the IT Portfolio.
Maintain portfolio resource view to support management of shared IT resources, reviewing with Programme/Project Managers on a regular basis.
Requires comprehensive understanding of FMCG sector
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and experience in a IT PMO Role
Able to work on own imitative and deliver well to complete outstanding projects Job Offer
