We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join an international, industry leading professional services firm. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects within the organisation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closure
Develop project plans, including timelines, budget, scope, and resource requirements
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project goals, requirements, risks, and constraints
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Utilise agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects
Maintain project documentation, including project status reports, risk and issue logs, and change requests
Provide regular project updates to key stakeholdersQualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
Expert knowledge and practical experience of project, programme, and business change management methodologies and tools
IT literate across core MS O365 applications, including MS Project online. Proficient in the use of JIRA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work effectively
Previous experience in a professional service setting is necessary
