IT Project Manager

Location – Rugby/Hybrid Role

£45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

My client, an award-winning company based in Rugby are looking for an IT Project Manager to join their growing Project and Technology team. This is a very well known company in their industry and who are recognised Internationally. For this IT Project Manager role, you will be responsible for looking and reviewing the deliverables needed across different IT Projects. You will need to have good experience working to deadlines and working with large scale budgets, making sure costs and requirements fit the project brief. As an IT Project Manager, it will be important that you have experience across IT Management Systems and Technologies such as Office365 or any Cloud technologies, also having a high standard of IT Documentation would be really beneficial.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a larger organisation and team, while still working in a close-knit environment, with a very personable and approachable Manager who wants the best for their team and can offer ongoing support and development.

A key thing for this company is also having the right person who is not afraid to ask difficult questions, who is a self-starter and can take initiative. You should really enjoy meeting clients and making sure they are happy with what the company can deliver, this will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans. As an IT Project Manager you should also have experience ensuring that all project risks are managed adequately.
