Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager Team Lead

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £55-60k

TEC Partners are working with an exciting business in Cambridge who work with some amazing clients who are seeking a talented IT Team Leader/Project Manager to join their Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic, fast-growing organisation during a time of transformation and accelerated growth.

As a Team Leader/Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting business applications that meet the needs of the organization and scale with growth. You will lead a team of 7, and collaborate with stakeholders from across our 4 divisions. You will also have the opportunity to work on the full life cycle of a new project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of IT projects and tasks, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Line management of the Enterprise Applications team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Ensure that the Enterprise Applications team provides high quality, expert level support to end-users.
Develop departmental processes that align with company-wide processes and regulations.
Communicate with stakeholders and prioritise end-user needs in all projects.
Drive change and encourage others to engage in the change process.
Develop IT policies, processes, and procedures.
Provide analytical, presentation, and report writing support.
Technical background is highly desirable.

Key Experience:

Experience in project managing business systems implementation projects.
People management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to respond quickly to change and encourage others to engage in the change process.
Experience in developing IT policies, processes, and procedures.
Strong analytical, presentation, and report writing skills.
