After a successful number of years, we are looking to employ an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant within contract desk to expand into the IT sector, both in permanent and contract roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working experienced recruiter to take their career to the next level. This is a role that could very well lead to a team leader position within the next year
This is an account manager and new business role and the successful candidate will be required to bring in new business as well as provide suitable candidates to existing clients within public sector. Your job will be to increase the contract IT desk and build a team of 4 consultants in next 12 months.
Main responsibilities
* To develop the IT desk bringing in new clients.
* To source suitable candidates for existing clients within public sector and build up long term relationships.
* To train junior members of staff once the desk has enough business to employ more staff.
Person specification
* Minimum of 2 year in IT recruitment
* Proven track record of bringing in new business and resourcing candidates
* Team leadership experience desirable but not essential
