Role: IT Resourcer/Delivery Consultant
Vertex IT Solutions are an established IT Recruitment Company that have been established for 22 years and with a combined team experience of 150 years. We pride ourselves on providing trust and building long term relationships with clients and candidates. Due to the continual growth of new business, we are looking to recruit several Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Delivery Consultants to join our existing highly driven and enthusiastic team.
We are currently looking for highly self-motivated, driven and articulate individuals who want to carve out a successful career within recruitment. The ideal person would be someone that can work to targets, highly self motivated, very personable, professional and can use their initiative whilst continually prioritising their day.

We have a large number of clients, jobs and huge network of candidates. However, we need more staff to help us match these three things together and provide a full service to our clients.
What skills do you need to do the job?
* The drive and ability to talk to people in addition to the capability to ask difficult questions on a daily basis.
* A minimum of 18 months' sales/B2B/B2C or direct sales experience
* The skill to build rapport and relationships with people to gain commitment from them in order to obtain positive results
* You need to be organised, thorough in your approach and disciplined in your daily time management.
* You need to be computer literate and be able to use MS Office Applications and Web based tools.
* You must be results driven and consistently strive to deliver high levels of service to candidates and clients.
* You must be hungry to grow into a career and the desire to maximise your potential earnings
