The purpose of the Inside Sales Executive is to assist with increase the existing client base for the company. The primary focus is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company’s products and services.
You should have a proven track record within a similar role or be able to sell yourself to the company. You will be a results-orientated high achiever who has consistently achieved and exceeded targets.
You will be confident in carrying out new business prospecting, lead generation and qualification and will be able to develop long-term relationships with key contacts to nurture interest in their organisation. On the job training will be offered in order for you to gain a high level of understanding of their products and services. This will enable you to successfully identify client’s issues, recognise the companies USP’s and deal with objections accordingly.
You will have a strong focus on identifying, developing, and maintaining new business opportunities, you will also be capable of developing on-going trusted partner relationships with prospective clients.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required
Experience of selling, prospecting, or related demonstrable experience where you can show you are comfortable and effective at communicating to people you may not know.
Demonstrated level of success in the development of relationships
Proficient with general office applications
Enjoy working with clients and external audiences
High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
Strong organisational, presentation and client service skills
Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Typical skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrates a successful and profitable track record in a similar role.
Ability to communicate with business owners and board members in business terms and to put cash value benefits alongside their proposals.

Personal Situation: Able to commute reliably to office base and UK wide (if necessary). Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. Must have clean or near clean driving licence.
Education: Minimum of 3 A-levels or equivalent. – Ideally degree educated.
Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of sales and marketing including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.
Literacy and Numeracy: Must be a very competent writer of business communications.
Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience of managing client accounts and contracts, particularly achieving sales development and cross selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have had at least three consecutive years of target achievement selling telecommunications services, is a self starter, can work with minimum supervision and is able to take responsible business decisions in support of the company’s strategy.
