    Service Coordinator – ITIL
    Mansfield
    c£24,000 – 25,600k

    The role of service coordinator

    Manage the support of the business IT users, ensuring that the service appropriately supports the business objectives
    Provide guidance and assistance to users on use of the Digital Service Desk, Service Management and Digital services in general as required.
    To ensure that system changes are managed effectively
    Actively manage customer and supplier relationships using ITIL service management
    Procurement of equipment and software and the administration of associated contracts The ideal candidate for service coordinator will be

    Experienced in ICT Support
    Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of ITIL
    Excellent knowledge of business systems And processes and experience of service level agreements (SLA)
    Experience of ITIL Foundation HND Or equivalent
