Our client, a leader in the Insurance sector are currently looking to for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The IT Service Delivery Manager will have the responsibilities for the Data application estate, spanning legacy applications and architecture and new emerging cloud technologies.
The IT Service Delivery Manager will have excellent stakeholder and third party management skills and will ensure consistency and best practice is delivered into our client, across the application estate.
Key responsibilities for the IT Service Delivery Manager:
Spearhead and maintain an IT / Technical roadmap of application upgrades/ changers to assist stakeholders and manage internal customer expectations
Be pivotal player in data application discussions to ensure a deep understanding of overall strategy, opportunity and risk.
Work with senior managements and Stakeholders on budgeting for overall technical spend, ensuring it aligns with strategic roadmap.
Contracts and supplier management including negotiating costs, agreeing and documenting service levels, for internal 3rd Party service provider, inc working with Procurement
Hold third parties accountable for spend and application strategy
Champion best practices and making sure IT Standards are being followed by our client
