IT Service Desk Engineer
Up to £30k dependent upon experience

We are continually looking to push forward and develop our business and our team to achieve key milestones. To support our growth, we are actively looking to recruit a customer focused IT Service Desk Engineer to work within our established team in Nottingham.
This role would be a mixture of service desk and field work. You will have responsibility for technical problem resolution, delivering an excellent customer experience and service. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting the following systems & applications;
• Microsoft Office 365 Platform (Exchange / Sharepoint)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, 2016, 2019
• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
• Microsoft Office, 2013, 2016, 2021
• Datto, Veeam Backups.
