    IT Service Lead

    Reading (WFH)

    6-month Contract

    £350 /day Outside IR35

    An SC Cleared IT Service Lead needed for a 6 months contract, Outside IR35. Must hold active SC clearance. Start asap, ideally in Summer 2022. A chance to join a leading global digital transformation business working on large-scale IT modernisation projects for Government clients.

    Our client is based in Reading but you will be able to work remotely (WFH). You will however need to visit on site when required.

    Key Skills, Experience + tasks will include:

    Must be knowledgeable in Software Service

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence & working knowledge of ServiceNow

    Excellent knowledge of IT systems and applications

    Log all incidents + service request details into respective tools & categorise as appropriate

    Record and classify received Incidents + restore failed IT Services rapidly

    Handling the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management processes

    Assigning incidents within a group or division/ ensure that incidents assigned to their support groups are resolved

    Escalating incidents according to priority and severity

    Must hold Active SC Security Clearance
